Berlin, Germany – May 13th 2025 – As Europe’s delivery and retail logistics sectors continue to expand, road safety is becoming a hot topic for delivery companies, cities and the general public. Logistics organisations need to step up and help make roads safer. In response, foodora is introducing its “foodora on track” initiative, alongside the release of a new road safety report, which is the first of its kind in Europe.

The “foodora on track” initiative outlines how foodora is working with cities, NGOs, and technology partners to drive safer delivery practices across its six European markets (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Czechia, Hungary and Austria). The report covers practical actions already in place, such as rider safety incentives, partnerships, and alongside forward-looking innovations like drone and ground robot delivery pilots.
